Yes, COD is available below RS3000 for all orders on all serviceable pincodes.

Shipping is free, whether you choose COD or bank transfer. Please note that COD is available for orders below INR 3000.

We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. We will do our very best to update you on the status of the shipment via the email address you would have provided us with.

Typically, payments are automatically refunded to your account within 2-3 business days. If you don’t receive it, please email us the transaction details at: houseofelatus@gmail.com

Currently, we only deliver items within India. However, you can place an order from any location globally, provided the shipping address is within India.

Your orders are shipped out from Bangalore, India.

Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page cannot be returned

Please submit your return request within 3 days of receiving your order.

A return fee of INR 100 will be applied and deducted from your refund

We do not allow order cancellation. Once placed, your order is processed right away.

If Due to unexpected plans like travel or unforeseen issues, please email us at houseofelatus@gmail.com and we'll do our best to review and accommodate your request.

In case of returns, visit the returns section on the website or click here to message us to raise a return request for your order on instagram.

You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment.


Please note that handling fee of INR 100 is charged for returns.

If you're unhappy with your purchase and wish to exchange it, please note that we currently do not offer exchanges. You can request a return by messaging us on instagram @houseofelatus or by emailing us at houseofelatus@gmail.com

For any orders/products that are damaged when a customer receives them, we need to be notified within 24hrs for us to process a replacement/refund if the product is not available in stock. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on

We strive to deliver the correct products on time. However, if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us on Instagram @houseofelatus with a message and a video of the package opening within 24 hours for verification. It becomes easy for us to communicate with our delivery partners.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment method and should appear in your account within 5-7 business days. If it doesn’t, please contact your bank.

Note that any discounts or coupon codes used will not be refunded; only the net amount paid will be returned.

Once we receive the products and they pass quality checks, we'll process a refund either as store credit sent to your registered email or directly to your bank account. We will ask you to send your bank details via mail. We'll provide instructions based on your preference.
