- COD available for orders below ₹3000 at all serviceable pincodes.
- Products are shipped from our warehouse within 3 to 5 working days upon Payment Verification excluding Sundays And Public Holidays

RETURNS
- In case of returns, visit the returns section on the website or simply mail us on : @houseofelatus@gmail.com or drop a message on : @houseofelatus.
- We have 3 days return policy (only for returnable products).
- Please ensure that the products you return are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
- Please share the package unboxing video for wrong product received.
- As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment. Refunds are initiated in your bank account within 5-7 Working days.
- Please note that handling fee of INR 100 is charged for returns which will be deducted from original payment.
