RETURNS

• In case of returns, visit the returns section on the website or simply mail us on : @houseofelatus@gmail.com or drop a message on : @houseofelatus.
• We have 3 days return policy (only for returnable products).
• Please ensure that the products you return are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
• Please share the package unboxing video for wrong product received.
• As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment. Refunds are initiated in your bank account within 5-7 Working days.
• Please note that handling fee of INR 100 is charged for returns which will be deducted from original payment.

EXCHANGE -
